Founded in 1997 in Grand Rapids, MI by figuring that "if you’re going to live life, you ought to live it hard, without regrets," Mike Stevens and Dave Engbers quit their jobs to open Founders Brewing Company.

Blue Earl

Blue Earl Brewing Company was established in 2014 (one of the youngest on this bracket). Founded by Ronnie “Blue” Earl Price, Blue Earl features 12 different styles of beer from around the world. Blue Earl is the brewery to beat this year as they have won both the 2016 and 2017 Brewbracket Championship.
