2015: Brooklyn vs Shipyard

In Wednesday's brewery matchup we featured Allagash vs Sixpoint. Our journey through the New England/New York region continues today with yet another Brooklyn-Maine pairing.

A Shipyard-Brooklyn Brewfest Bout

Brooklyn Brewery offers a wide variety of brews including Summer Ale, Greenmarket Wheat, a farmhouse saison (Sorachi) and their famous green-labled lager. Shipyard brings us Monkey Fist IPA, Chamberlain Pale Ale (named for the popular Civil War general, not the unpopular British prime minister), Old Thumper ESB and Blue Fin stout, among many others.
