2016: Sixpoint v Blue Earl

Blue Earl charged out of the first round soundly defeating Schmaltz Brewery. Sixpoint moves on eliminating DuClaw. Both DuClaw and Schmaltz are formidable opponents but the #OdessaBrewbracket must go on. 

Sixpoint out of Brooklyn NY and Blue Earl out of (really local) Smyrna DE will battle it out this week. Put your favorite through to the next round as we gear up for #OdessaBrewfest '16.

Sixpoint

In 2015, Sixpoint charged into the second round by defeating Allagash before being narrowly defeated by Brooklyn Brewing. Sixpoint is pulling off the trifecta with their third appearance at the Brewfest. Sixpoint deserves your support. Blue Earl Beers

Ronnie Price is the man behind “Blue” Earl. Call him Blue. Call him Earl. Call him "Blue Earl" Price. As the founder of their brewery Ronnie “Blue” Earl Price is a man of simple tastes, always on the hunt for great music, gourmet food, and exceptional craft beer. 2016 is their first Brewbracket appearance, though Blue Earl Beers were very present at the 2015 Odessa Brewfest. Welcome them back with a VOTE of confidence.

DuClaw Brewery

DuClaw lost to Sixpoint by the closest of margins in the Round of 32. It came down to just 2 votes. Look for DuClaw at the 2016 Brewfest with a well-rounded selection of three beers to taste including Sweet Baby Jesus, Blood Orange and Neon Gypsy.
