We've entered the second (Sweet 16) round of the Odessa Brewfest Brewbracket! We start the new round with the first two of four winners from the West Region: 21st Amendment and New Belgium.

21st Amendment recalls the days when Prohibition (repealed by the 21st Amendment) was still large in the rear-view, and Americans were once again enjoying the pleasures of free and open alcohol consumption. New Belgium celebrates the freedom of the outdoors and travel with beers like Fat Tire (inspired by a bike ride through Belgium's beer country).

Patrons at last year's Odessa Brewfest enjoyed sampling beers from these brewers. Which do you think should advance to the Elite 8?
