In addition to its line of ales and seasonal brews, the brewery has collaborated with a number of partners to re-create ancient beer recipes, concoct beer-wine hybrids, and collaborate on other unusual products. The brewery takes its name from Dogfish Head, Maine, where founder Sam Calagione spent summers as a child.

Levante Brewing Co.

The cornerstone of inspiration for Levante came from a trip to rustic Italian vineyards by founding member and Brewmaster, Tim Floros. He fell in love with the drinking atmosphere in Italy, where customer interaction and quality-focus are paramount. You can expect a new sensory adventure each trip to the taproom.
