Both brewers in today's contest are long-standing stalwarts of the craft beer scene. Fordham & Dominion, which traces its roots to 1989, makes a wide variety of excellent beers from their home base in Dover, DE. Lancaster Brewing opened in Lancaster, PA in 1995. Both are well-known for excellent stouts, lagers and IPAs.
