Veteran bracket contestant Dogfish Head battles against first time underdog Bald Birds in this round of the 2019 #OdessaBrewbracket.

Dogfish Head

With 21 different beer styles to go with their 21 years in the industry, Dogfish Head grew from a humble brewpub into a national brewery. Two of their famous beers, Alternate Takes #1 and 90 Minute, are always a crowd favorite. In addition to its line of ales and seasonal brews, the brewery has collaborated with a number of partners to re-create ancient beer recipes, concoct beer-wine hybrids, and collaborate on other unusual products.

Bald Birds

Bald Birds is on a mission to be your next favorite brewery. This means putting together great beer, even better people, and an atmosphere that feels like your best friend's living room (plus lots of kegs). They take great pride in brewing beer that is approachable, interesting, and - most importantly - really, really good.
