Downstate in Dover, there's a brewery called Fordham & Dominion. Once two separate breweries, they were "married" in 2007 and, like the Brady Bunch, this group somehow formed a family—of delicious beers. There's the Dominion Octoberfest, Abbey Ale, Double D IPA and Hot Lips, among many others.

Evolution Craft Brewing Co. also came about as the result of a marriage of sorts—of great food and great beer. Two brothers, Tom and John Knorr, decided to combine Tom's love of beer and John's love of food in a microbrewing venture. Evolution is known for its Lucky 7 Porter, Exile Pale Ale, Summer Session and Jacques au Lantern, among others. Evolution also operates six area restaurants in addition to the Public House, located at the brewery in Salisbury, MD.
