Spokey Speaky returns to 2017 Odessa Brewfest

Wilmington’s Spokey Speaky is back with their reggae sound for the 4th annual Historic Odessa Brewfest this September!

Live music at Brewfest!

With two preforming stages, you can enjoy amazing music while you sample delicious beer and food. Returning to the main stage for a fourth year is a Brewfest favorite, Spokey Speaky from Wilmington. These home-grown reggae evangelists channel the spirit of Bob Marley and Jimmy Cliff in high-energy live shows that attract devoted fans from across the Delaware Valley.

Spokey Speaky has played on the main stage since Odessa Brewfest's conception in 2014.

About Spokey Speaky

Jeff Ferrara, Jason Keenan, and John Dickinson make up Wilmington’s own Spokey Speaky. Playing a wide range of reggae classics from the old school to the new, the goal of the members is to sastify and entertain reggae fans, while enlightening those who may not have been exposed to the genre otherwise.

Spokey Speaky has opened for reggae legends The Wailers, Toots & The Maytals, Barrington Levy and others, and has been the local reggae representatives at Wilmington's own People's Festival: A Tribute to Bob Marley for five years running.

All fans agree that Spokey Speaky delivers a live performance that refuses to be ignored and simply cannot be replicated.
