Beach Bum Joe vs Abbey Ale

It's a central Delaware contest today, with state capital Dover's Fordham & Dominion going up against Milford's Mispillion River. Only 20 miles apart, these brewers share an affinity for Belgian ales. Beach Bum Joe is a light, slightly fruity pale-golden ale combination, brewed with Citra hops. It gets high marks from the beach bums along Bayshore Drive. F&D's Dominion Abbey Ale is a lighter take on the Belgian dubbel, with fruity, musty flavors and slight carbonation, perhaps well suited to the cloistered halls of state governance or Dover's Wesley College. Dunno. It's good, though.
