Stuff just got real in IPA land. Third Wave Brewery's excellent Bombora Double IPA is taking on the big dog—Dogfish Head's legendary, game-changing 90 Minute IPA. Both have citrusy undertones and a powerful hoppy kick supported by a rich maltiness. Can an up-and-comer like Bombora upstage a superstar of the beer world? The fact that both of these breweries are located in the Odessa Brewfest's home of Delaware only makes the face-off more delicious.
